About Maverick Services, Inc.
Maverick Services is a family-owned and operated janitorial company. We have been serving wineries and businesses throughout the Napa, Sonoma, Lake and Solano counties for over 20 years. We strive to keep the region clean and green.
Maverick Building Maintenance was founded in September 1990 by George H. Ratliff Jr. George has over 37 years experience in the building maintenance field as a employee, manager and subsequently owner. Using this extensive expertise George has provided service for many prestigious wineries, some of which we have maintained contracts for over two decades. In 2011 George's son, Shawn Ratliff, took over operations of business. He has worked to maintain the exceptionally high standards that George founded his business on many years ago.
